Standard Shipping:
During the holiday season, shipping delays may occur. We aim to deliver products within 3-7 business days, often sooner.
Once your order is processed, we’ll email you a tracking number to monitor its progress.
Standard shipping applies to most products, excluding riding mowers.
Please note, transit time guarantees are not provided for items over 150lbs.
You have a 30-minute window to cancel your order after submission. Account login is required for this.
Shipping to Hawaii and Alaska is available for select products but includes additional charges.
Free shipping is offered on orders over $100.
Standard Shipping for Inverter Generator:
We aim to deliver your new inverter generator within 5-7 business days. However, transit times can vary due to your location and delivery conditions. While we work hard to meet this timeframe, please note that high demand or logistical challenges might cause delays.
IMPORTANT NOTE:
We do not ship outside of the continental US (with the exception of limited services to Alaska and Hawaii).
Where do I return my product?

Initiate the return on heomaito.com and ship the product back to our heomait Tools Warehouse.
How long will it take to get a refund? In what form will I receive it?

Refunds are processed within 7–10 business days from the date the return is accepted. You’ll receive an email with order status details via heomaito.com under your purchase order history.
Items that are damaged, unsanitary, dented, scratched, or missing major components may be denied a return. Please call heomaito Customer Support at +1 (626) 727-3971.
Can I exchange my item in the store?

In-store exchanges are not available. Best Buy handles returns and will issue a monetary credit to your original payment method.
