Register your products at https://heomaito.com/warranty to stay up to date with important product information such as product updates, limited warranties, usage and maintenance recommendations, and notifications concerning safety warnings or product recalls. Registration is not required to claim your limited warranty.

Please note that sending in your product does NOT guarantee that your product will be replaced nor confirm there is an issue with your product.

Include a detailed description of the issues you are experiencing. Any photos and videos you can provide are great for helping us diagnose the problem. Please include these in the email.

What if your product was a gift?
